A small wall hanging named ‘In the Forests of Manitoba’ - hand carved in a single piece of cottonwood bark and hollowed from the back. This is my first piece done, as the name inclines, in Manitoba cottonwood bark - it is way thinner and harder than British Columbia cottonwood bark.
15 x 3 x 1.5 inches, the wood is fully cured and finished, there is no need for any special care in the future. A small hanger is on the back of the piece, it is also named and signed on the back.
